7. Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any dispute should first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. Failing that, it shall be submitted to the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) for arbitration, and the award shall be final and binding.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for any user who breaches these terms. We may also discontinue the site entirely; if we do, we will give 30 days' notice via on-site announcement and email subscription (where applicable) before shutting down. Events of force majeure are excepted.

9. Changes to the Terms
