This site complies with the disclosure requirements of FTC 16 CFR Part 255 and the EU Unfair Commercial Practices Directive (UCPD). All commercial relationships with third parties are disclosed in full below.

2. How the commission works

When you click a link on this site marked with data-cta="binance" (the real URL is injected at runtime by link.js), register a new account, and then trade, Binance pays us a percentage of the trading fees you generate (the exact percentage is governed by the Binance Affiliate Program agreement). This commission is paid entirely out of Binance's operating costs. It adds no extra cost to you.

Every affiliate <a> tag on this site carries rel="sponsored noopener noreferrer":

• sponsored — the sponsored-link signal required by Google and by advertising regulators
• noopener / noreferrer — standard security and privacy hygiene

4. What we will not do

• We will not pretend to be the official Binance website.
• We will not promise any "reward / rebate / discount / sign-up bonus / eligibility" we cannot deliver.
• We will not use misleading language like "risk-free", "guaranteed returns", "guaranteed profit", or "exclusive rebate rate".
• We will not overstate Binance's strengths or run down competitors.
• We will not present sponsored content as a "user share" or "independent review".

5. What we do

• Every review publishes the scoring methodology it used (editorial scoring, not user ratings).
• We clearly state which exchanges we have an Affiliate Partner relationship with.
• Outbound URLs show the real destination domain (e.g. partner.binance.com / binance.com).
• Editorial ratings are independent of the affiliate relationship — partners that score poorly are published as scoring poorly.
• Reader corrections and complaints are accepted and reviewed.

6. Geographic restrictions

This site does not promote affiliate registrations to residents of the United States, the United Kingdom, mainland China, or OFAC-sanctioned jurisdictions. We also do not advise readers to use VPNs, false identities, or proxy KYC / proxy registration services to bypass KYC or geographic restrictions.

If you believe we have violated FTC, EU UCPD, or any other applicable affiliate-disclosure rule, email privacy@bnhous.com. We respond within 7 business days.
