This site respects visitor privacy and complies with GDPR, CCPA, and similar data protection regimes.

1. What We Collect

• Access logs: IP address (anonymized), User Agent, pages viewed, time spent. Used for security and performance tuning.
• Cookies: strictly necessary cookies only — no marketing or tracking cookies. See Section 5 below.
• Direct correspondence: when you write to privacy@bnhous.com, we retain the email so we can reply.

2. What We Don't Collect

• Your real name, government ID, or bank account number
• Your wallet private keys, seed phrases, or exchange API keys (anyone asking for these is a scammer)
• Your trading history on Binance or any other exchange — we have no visibility into it
• Your phone number, unless you volunteer it in a support message

3. Third-Party Services

• Google Analytics (where integrated): traffic analytics with IP anonymization enabled
• Google Fonts: font delivery, which may log your IP

4. Affiliate Links and Third-Party Platforms

This site contains affiliate referral links to third-party crypto exchanges (currently Binance only, referral code BN16188). When you click these links and sign up on their platform, we may earn a commission. See full disclosure.

These third-party sites have their own privacy policies, and we cannot access any personal or financial information you provide to them, including but not limited to:

• Government ID / passport / KYC documents
• Deposit, withdrawal, and trading records
• Trading history / order data
• API keys / wallet addresses
• Anything you submit on their platform

We strongly recommend reading any third party's privacy policy before submitting personal data:

Third parties are responsible for their own data processing. This site assumes no responsibility for third-party data handling.

5. Cookies

We use only essential cookies, such as language preference. No marketing or behavioral tracking cookies are set. You can clear cookies at any time from your browser settings.

You have the right to:

• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data (the "right to be forgotten")

7. Cross-Border Data Transfers

Our servers run on Alibaba Cloud in Tokyo, Japan. If you visit from another jurisdiction, your data is transferred across borders. We follow GDPR Articles 45 and 46 on international data transfers.

8. Data Retention

Access logs are auto-deleted after 90 days. Email correspondence is kept for 1 year.

9. Children's Privacy

This site is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.
